Once we receive your information request, the US training coordinator will contact you with payment details. Once payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided on the information request form. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your attendance, please let us know at least two weeks prior to the class. Fees are non-refundable for cancellations; however, you may substitute another member of your staff, or attend another class offered by USI at a later date. If US cancels this class for any reason, the full registration fee paid will be refunded.

US cannot reimburse fees paid to a third party incurred by participants in US training.
